This isn’t a trip to a hospital.
It’s a better-planned trip to China.

ChinaTravelMed helps independent travelers understand what can realistically fit into a holiday, what to prepare, and what questions to ask. You make the decisions; licensed providers provide the care.

01

China is the reason to go

Neighborhood breakfasts, high-speed rail, galleries, mountains, and the rhythm of a place you came to experience.

03

Buy clarity, not promises

Our products are practical research, comparison tools, scripts, and checklists — never medical advice or guaranteed outcomes.

Health stops · 02

What can sensibly fit into a trip?

Start with short, planned appointments. Anything invasive, urgent, or dependent on long follow-up deserves a different kind of journey.

One half-day to one day

General health screening

Understand common package structures, fasting requirements, report formats, and the questions to ask before paying.

See planned guide

Plan around follow-up

Routine dental care

Prepare for examinations, cleaning, imaging, or common restorative work without pretending every procedure belongs in a holiday.

Experience, not a cure claim

TCM & recovery

Approach traditional medicine and wellness experiences with cultural context, realistic expectations, and the right safety questions.

Not a “quick trip” category:

Major surgery, cancer treatment, IVF, rare-disease diagnosis, and procedures needing long-term follow-up are intentionally outside our starter guides.

City guides · 03

Choose the city before the appointment.

Each city guide connects practical travel logistics with a cautious overview of health services — so one appointment does not take over the entire trip.

    Choose the trip

City, season, pace, companions, and the things you refuse to miss.

  2. 02

    Define one health goal

Keep it specific, non-urgent, and realistic for the time available.

  3. 03

    Verify independently

Provider identity, qualifications, scope, price, language, records, and follow-up.

  4. 04

    Add buffer

No major sightseeing immediately after an appointment. Keep an exit plan.

  5. 05

    Enjoy China

The best version of this plan still feels like a journey, not a medical package.

About · 06

“I’m building the guide I’d want before combining a China trip with a health appointment.”

Independent by design.

ChinaTravelMed is currently a founder-led research project, not a hospital network or a large concierge team. The goal is to make a confusing planning problem smaller: what fits, what to ask, what to verify, and how to preserve the trip you actually came for.

As real traveler demand develops, carefully scoped local introductions may follow. Any commercial relationship will be disclosed. Until then, the product is the research itself.

  • 01No fabricated hospitals, doctors, ratings, or testimonials.
  • 02No diagnosis, treatment plan, or outcome promise.
  • 03Time-sensitive facts are dated and linked to sources.
